1.Returns and Exchanges:

1.1. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

1.2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

 2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

2.1. Contact our customer support team at essentialnurture@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

2.2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant photos to support your request.

2.3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process, providing instructions on shipping the item back to us.

3. Return Shipping:

3.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns and keeping the shipping receipt for your records.

4. Refunds:

4.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

4.2. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

8. Cancellation Policy:

8.1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
